A woman I know keeps calling me here Dyrahska. What does it mean?

It does not mean "retard", "Durak" would be the word for that. "Durashka" is a diminutive form of "Durak" and would most closely equate to "Silly" - as in "I'll be your friend but you are never getting laid, silly." :)

"durashka" is NOT the same as "durak"

as DURAK means STUPID -

DURASHKA literally means SILLY

it is really innocent and sweet and shouldn’t be taken as insult

sometime they call kids like that,

"Durashka" is a diminutive form of "Durak" and in you case it sounds as "my little silly boy". There is not anything insulting or offensive :-)
