Actually it's called Lobnya as the guy who answered your previous question said. Cairnlvr has the correct location though.

The "e" probably comes from the way russian is declined:

In Lobnya = V Lobnye(в лобне)

According to my Atlas it is Lobn ( w/o the e )and it's located north of Moscow, specifically 56.01 N and 37.30 E.
