I don't think so... if it's in Russia, it's bad, but i think it's more south, like parts of asia.

Moscow is among the biggest towns in the world. Is a city that's developed fast in recent years, and, as a result, comprises high-rise suburbs encompassing a somewhat small traditional hub with lots of interesting historical architecture. The main host to Moscow may be the Red Square that's been for centuries, the center and heart of Russia. Here, you can visit the Century St. Basil's Cathedral, one of the very popular items of architecture on earth and the constructivist chart of Lenin's Mausoleum. Red Square happens to be a wealthy devote icons of Russia's turbulent and exciting past.

I'm definitely a night owl. Ever since my school days was over back in 1993, I started staying up all night and sleeping half the day. My nights and days are backwards. I enjoy the night time better than the day. It's more quiet, peaceful and not quite as hot. Though I must admit, it's VERY HARD to get up early for appointments and stuff (or when I have to go to a certain store that closes at an early time) when I'm not used to being up in the daytime. That's the worst part about living the night life.

There have been no reported cases of bird flu in either Moscow or St. Petersburg so far.
